Portable sanitation businesses are required to participate in the mandatory educational training described in North Carolina General Statute Section § 130A-291.3 et seq. Septage operator training required.
The NC Portable Toilet Group cooperates with the North Carolina Pumper Group to provide excellent seminars at convenient locations across North Carolina. From the mountains to the coast, there will be a 2008 seminar convenient to you.
The NC Portable Toilet Group provides septage operator training seminars on Saturdays to allow for more participation by portable sanitation business owners and employees. We will continue to provide the one-day format for your convenience.

All seminars are held on Saturday for your convenience.
All seats are $100.00 per person for non-members.
Registration desk opens 7:00 a.m.
Seminar begins at 7:30 a.m.
Each seminar has the following format:
The mandatory annual training for portable sanitation operators, as well as septage management businesses, is for hours, with instruction from 7:30 a.m. through 1:00 p.m.
Lunch is provided.
Required annual training for Land Application Site Operators in an afternoon session from 2:00 p.m. through 5:30 p.m. provides mandatory training for those who land apply septage.
