S. Henri McClees, Attorney at Law, lobbies on behalf of the NC Portable Toilet Group and serves as its Executive Director.

Henri McClees coordinates the annual Educational Seminars sponsored by the NC Portable Toilet Group. You will meet her at all portable sanitation training seminars and lobbying in the halls of the NC General Assembly.

Henri McClees has 20+ years of courtroom experience, and has represented the Group since 2000. She has worked on complex environmental litigation, as well as civil and criminal cases in state court.  Since 2000, Henri has served as a registered lobbyist at the North Carolina General Assembly.

The portable sanitation industry, in particular, and the waste management industry in general have grown enormously. As North Carolina's population increases, waste management businesses face increasing regulation and environmental challenges. The NC Portable Toilet Group's team of Joe and Henri McClees work to protect the rights of portable sanitation businesses.

Henri McClees graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and the UNC School of Law. She was born and raised in Greenville, NC, and now lives with Joe McClees on their NC Century Farm in Pamlico County, NC.
