In
2009, the NC Portable Toilet Group lobbyists secured passage
of House Bill #616 to increase penalties for damage to portable
toilets and pump trucks. We want to increase prosecution of
costly vandalism. This form will provide us with information
to help you and other businesses enforce this new law. We
will keep track of this type of crime, and determine if further
laws are needed. If you need help with the prosecution of
a specific case, complete the form as soon as possible and
